Can I change the language of my resume?

You can change the language of your resume or cover letter anytime. We currently support English, Русский, Nederlands, Español, Svenska, Dansk, Norsk, Deutsch, Français, Português, Italiano, Polski, čeština, Suomi.

There are two ways you can change the language of your resume or cover letter.

Option #1: Sign Up with a Local Brand 

If you're here you likely found us from Resume.io, our international brand. We also have 10 local brands: Nederland, Espana, Danmark, Italia, Polska, France, Suomi, Česko, Sverige, and Norway. If you'd like you can visit our local brands by scrolling to the bottom of Resume.io and clicking the flag emoji. If you sign up with a local brand your resume and your experience in the app will be in the local language.*

Option #2: Change the Language of Your Resume or Cover Letter

Click in to change the language of your resume by clicking the flag at the top of the editor and selecting your language. See the screenshot below.

You can change the language of your resume in two quick steps using the new version of our resume editor.

Step 1: Make sure you're using the newest version of the resume editor by confirming your app looks like the screenshot below. If your app looks different, you can click this link to update your version**:https://resume.io/app/create-resume/templates

Step 2: Click in to edit the resume you want to change the language for. Change the language of your resume by clicking the flag at the top of the editor and selecting your language. See the screenshot below.

* If you already signed up for an account at Resume.io and created a resume, you'll notice if you try to sign up at one of our local brands using the same email address, you will be redirected back to Resume.io. Unfortunately for now the brands run on completely different systems. We redirect you because otherwise you might not be able to find the version of your resume you previously created. You can sign up with a new email address or reach out to our support team if you need additional help.
