How Auto-Apply Works
Auto-Apply automates the repetitive and time-consuming portions of applying for jobs. Instead of filling out each job application manually, the system handles this process for you.
Here is how it works:
Your personalized resume information is used to match and apply to suitable job postings.
Applications are submitted automatically, eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information.
Each application is optimized based on your profile to ensure relevance and consistency.
This feature helps you stay proactive in your job search while saving significant time.
Tailoring Your Resume for Auto-Apply
If you want to tailor your resume specifically for Auto-Apply, you can upload an editable version of your document. Follow these steps:
Go to Documents → Create New → Upload.
Select one of the available templates.
Note: Formatting may change slightly during this process.
Once the editable version is created, upload it to your Auto-Apply questionnaire.
Activate tailoring in the questionnaire.
This ensures the application team uses your most relevant and customized resume.
Adding a Cover Letter to Auto-Apply
At this time, users cannot manually upload a custom cover letter directly into the Auto-Apply flow. Auto-Apply can only auto-generate a cover letter based on your resume.
If you want to submit a specific cover letter for a particular job:
Add the document directly to the job card.
Ensure you upload it within 1–2 hours before the application is processed.
The team will include the custom cover letter when submitting that job application.
Expired Application — Will Credits Be Returned?
We apologize for the inconvenience if an application expires.
Please note:
Auto-Apply credits are issued in packages, so a single expired application cannot be refunded immediately.
After you use all your current credits, contact us and we will restore the remaining unused credits from the expired application.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Processing Time for Auto-Apply Submissions
Auto-Apply submissions are typically processed within 1–3 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on the team’s workload. You will receive a notification once your applications have been completed.
